Atlas Foundry Services and Capabilities

Atlas Foundry Company, Inc., provides high quality Gray Iron Casting and other casting support services. Our privately held Gray Iron foundry is located in Marion, Indiana, located about 60 miles northeast of Indianapolis. Atlas Foundry produces Class 20, 25, 30, and 35 Gray Iron Castings in weights from ½ to 50 lbs. Production volumes range from 100 to 1,000,000 parts.  

We offer a wide range of production and secondary services to produce gray castings and essential finishing services. The following list covers the major services we provide to customers requiring Gray Iron Castings.

• Gray Iron Casting Production Services
  Atlas Foundry provides Disamatic Gray Iron casting services to OEM's nationwide. We produce Class 20, 25, 30, and 35 Gray Iron Castings in weights from ½ to 50 lbs.

• Gray Iron Casting Secondary Services
  Atlas Foundry provides our Gray Iron casting customers with a broad range of secondary services designed to improve the quality and delivery speed of Gray Iron cast parts including part evaluation, prototype development, and part finishing services.

• General Services
  In addition to our Gray Iron casting primary and secondary services, Atlas Foundry offers manufacturing assistance for pattern equipment, tooling specification and sourcing, pattern maintenance and storage, shipping and logistics for local outsourced services, delivery within a 500-mile radius, order tracking and shipping notification, and vendor managed inventory of safety stock.
