Water cooled marine manifold and risers for high powered boats

Atlas Foundry and OEM developed a mold with an intricate set of cores to create the water passageways needed for water passage to keep the engine cool during operation. These manifolds are made without the use of chaplets. Thermostat housings for marine engines contain delicate core also made at Atlas.
